1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Delivery Times
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Regional or remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
4. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on orders over $50, or a flat $10 shipping fee on all orders below $50.
5. Tracking and Confirmation
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email. Delivery is handled by trusted courier services.
6. Shipping Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors (e.g., weather, holidays). Ensure your shipping address is accurate; we are not liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect information.
7. Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 12 hours, provided it has not yet been shipped. Once an item has been dispatched, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.
8. Failed Deliveries and Re-shipping
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery costs will be charged to the customer.
