Refund policy

Effective Date: 25/06/2025

Customer satisfaction is central to Elvor Tapwares. However, we offer returns or exchanges only in the event of a visible defect or manufacturing fault. We do not accept returns based on change of mind.

1. Conditions for Return

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging. Clear photographic evidence of defects must be provided.

2. Process

Contact our support team via email or phone to initiate a return. Once approved, return shipping details will be provided. All returned goods will be inspected before a refund or exchange is processed.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Exchanges will be processed and shipped based on stock availability.

4. Non-Eligible Items

  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse
  • Products returned without prior authorisation
  • Items returned outside the 14-day period

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty or sent in error.
