Shipping and delivery

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat $10 shipping fee.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Regional and remote areas may take longer.

Will I get tracking?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we email you the tracking details.

Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering, as long as the order hasn't been shipped. Once it's dispatched, changes and cancellations aren't possible.

Warehouse pickup

Can I pick up my order?
Yes, warehouse pickup is available from Unit 7, 55 Anderson Rd, Smeaton Grange NSW 2567. Email info@elvor.com.au with your order number to arrange a time.

Returns and exchanges

Can I return a product?
We accept returns or exchanges only for a visible defect or manufacturing fault. We don't accept change-of-mind returns.

What are the conditions?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging, with clear photos of the defect.

Who pays return shipping?
Customers cover return shipping unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

Products and pricing

Are your products new?
Yes. Our Caroma, Dorf, Methven and Stylus products are brand new stock.

Are prices in Australian dollars?
Yes. All prices are in AUD and include GST.

Do you offer bulk or trade pricing?
Yes. Builders and trade customers can email their full product list to info@elvor.com.au for a quote with bulk pricing.

Returns on Manufacturing Defects

Returns or exchanges are available for items with visible manufacturing faults. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
